Information, Advice and Guidance
This section of the website provides those offering IAG services with useful resources, training opportunities, updates on current activity taking place to enhance higher level IAG and information regarding commissioning opportunities and how to bid for funding.
Progression
One of the key activities of the WYLLN will be to develop Progression Agreements in order to establish clear and coherent routes onto higher education courses and provide vocational learners with opportunities equal to traditional learners following academic routes. Resources
This section of the website is for our partners who are carrying out Progression, IAG, Marketing and any other activities on behalf of the West Yorkshire Lifelong Learning Network. It includes our branding guidelines and some templates and examples of how our branding can be used on various promotional materials.

Sector Groups have been set up for each of the 7 industry sectors. Find out how about the sector group activities and how they are identifying areas of curriculum development, employer engagement and marketing, and staff training and development needs.

Staff Development
In order to achieve its mission and strategic objectives, the WYLLN recognises that individual staff and institutions within the partnership will have particular learning and development priorities which the Network will need to address. Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP)
In April 2009, Dr Rory Perrett from Doncaster College present a seminar for WYLLN on Knowledge Transfer within FE. The presentation included details of funding to enable Further Education Colleges to directly develop KTPs. Find out more about what is likely to be a series of seminars.
