Staff Development Task Group - Terms of Reference
- To advise the WYLLN Management Board annually, on the strategic direction for learning and development, taking into account the priorities of the WYLLN Business Plan and the WYLLN Marketing and Communications Strategy, and individual and organisational development needs identified by partner institutions and organisations
- To be responsible for the overseeing of the implementation of the WYLLN Staff Development Strategy
- To plan and coordinate the implementation of an annual programme of staff development activities
- To liaise with WYLLN partner organisations, and other local, regional and national organisations as appropriate to identify training needs and training and development resources
- To produce quarterly and annual evaluation reports on the implementation and delivery of the staff development programme and strategy
- To consider such matters that may be referred to the Staff Development Task Group by the WYLLN Management Board, WYLLN task groups, and/or Sector Groups
