Flexible Learning for Workforce Modernisation
The work of the Health Social Care and Early Years Sector Group has featured a major collaborative project to build a flexible framework for learning and development in health and social care with partners based across the Yorkshire and Humber region. It has required patience, open and honest dialogue and persistence in working towards its goals especially in view of the period of unprecedented change facing education and health service providers with public sector cuts and new policy guidance for delivering services. But this project has demonstrated that a small initiative can support partners to develop innovative approaches to these national and local drivers for change, and shows what can be achieved through listening and responding positively to what employers require.... read more click here
