Current Round of IAG Commissioning

The work of The West Yorkshire Lifelong Learning Network (WYLLN) identified the need to research the availability of interactive tools and programmes that support learners in their transition from FE to HE to assist them with being an effective HE learner. Additionally, where gaps in the current portfolio of support materials exist, seek to develop appropriate solutions.

Out of the proposals received, the commissioning panel were unanimous in selecting the University of Bradford to take this project forward.

The project team was led by Mohan Mistry, Vocational Progression Co-ordinator and the Project Consultant was  Paul Spencer.

The overall aim of the trans:it project is to support the transition from further to higher education and thereby increase the learning effectiveness of students entering higher education from further education courses.
